Garrett Yarbrough joined CDS in 2025 as a Lead Analyst after 4 years of work in municipal Economic Development and half a year as a Policy Analyst for the Texas Legislative Session. As a Lead Analyst, Mr. Yarbrough is responsible for Economic Analysis and Research as well as regulatory review and policy consulting.
He has a particular specialty in projects involving Policy Analysis such as Comprehensive and strategic plan consulting. He is active in the Houston area and participates in activities with the Greater Houston Partnership, BAHEP, HGAC, and Texas Economic Development Council.
